General

The event organizers / promoters reserve the right of admission.
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket-holder agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules announced at the venue.
The organizers may change the schedule (time, date, venue, lineup) due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case, details will be communicated to ticket-holders.

Tickets once booked / purchased cannot be refunded, except in case of official cancellation of the event by the organizer.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
Attempted resale or unauthorized resale of the ticket may lead to cancellation or denial of entry without refund.
Convenience fees, handling charges, or service fees are non-refundable.
If the concert is postponed or relocated, the organizer may offer alternate tickets or re-issue tickets; terms will be as per organizer’s discretion.
The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation, postponement, or change in event.

Gates open time will be announced prior to the event day; attendees should arrive on time.
Entry may be refused if you don’t comply with security / check procedures.
Valid ticket and government-issued photo ID may be required at entry.
Re-entry may or may not be allowed — check the event-specific rules.
No outside food, beverages, liquor, or drugs are allowed inside the venue.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and usage of prohibited items (weapons, etc.) inside venue is forbidden.
No professional photography, videography, or audio recording is allowed unless prior permission is granted.
Obstructive behavior (pushing, aggression, disorderly conduct) may result in removal without refund.
Minors (children) policy: e.g. children age 5 and below are not be allowed inside the concert premises.

No Refund on Purchased Tickets: All tickets once sold are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of an official cancellation by the organizer.
Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund (excluding convenience or platform fees) will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Event Postponement or Venue Change:
- If the concert is postponed or relocated, the same ticket will remain valid for the new date or venue.
- Refunds will be issued if the attendee chooses not to attend the rescheduled show.
Partial Show or Artist Line-up Changes: Refunds will not be provided if certain artists or segments are changed, replaced, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The ticket is for the event experience as a whole, not specific performer guarantees.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Tickets: The organizer or ticketing partner is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties. Entry may be denied without refund.
Entry Denial or Removal: If an attendee is denied entry or removed from the venue for violating Terms & Conditions, safety protocols, or security reasons, no refund will be provided.
Technical or Payment Errors: In case of duplicate transactions, refund requests can be raised within 48 hours of purchase by emailing the official event support ID. Valid proof of transaction must be provided for review.

The ticket-holder attends at their own risk. The organizers, venue, and promoters are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to personal belongings.
In case of natural calamities, emergencies, or events beyond control (force majeure), the organizers may cancel or suspend the event; no liability for damages.
Medical facilities, security, and crowd control will be provided, but attendees must follow directions of staff and security personnel.
Items that may cause harm or disrupt the event (sharp objects, glass, flammable materials, etc.) are prohibited.
The event may be recorded / photographed; purchasing a ticket grants the organizer right to use images / recordings for promotional purposes.

Personal data collected (name, contact, ID) will be used for ticketing, security, and communication regarding the event only.
The organizers may send promotional communications, unless the ticket-holder opts out.
The organizers’ privacy policy / data usage policy applies as indicated in event communications.

All rights (audio, visual, performance) of the event content belong to the artist / organizer.
Unauthorized reproduction, broadcast, or distribution of the performance is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state (or country) in which the event is held.
Any disputes shall be subject to the Chennai jurisdiction.
